On the primary or stand-alone MySQL server run the following command to create the Enswitch database:

enswitch install mysql-primary

On the backup MySQL server, if one is used, run the following command:

enswitch install mysql-backup

For the mysql enswitch password, use the one you specified when you edited /etc/enswitch/databases.ini.
