Once the NFS server is running, configure each machine in the cluster to mount /var/lib/enswitch. First, edit /etc/fstab and a line like (adjust IP address to suit):

192.168.1.1:/var/lib/enswitch /var/lib/enswitch nfs hard,bg,intr,noatime 0 0

Then:

  • mount /var/lib/enswitch
