Gets the fields of a rate plan outbound group.

Input parameters

Requires authentication and the commerce role privilege.

outgroup	Integer	ID of outbound group.	Yes
plan	Integer	ID of rate plan.	Yes

Responses

Code	Description
200	Success.
400	The rate plan does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it.
401	The authentication details provided are invalid.
402	Your role does not allow this.
404	The rate plan outbound group does not exist, or you do not have permission to view it.
