Gets a feature.

Input parameters

Requires authentication and the user role privilege.

type	String	Type of feature.	Yes
number	Integer	ID or number of feature.	Yes
customer	Integer	ID of customer of feature.	No	Customer of authentication user.

Code	Description
200	Success.
400	Invalid customer specified.
401	The authentication details provided are invalid.
402	Your role does not allow this.
404	The feature was not found, or you do not have permission to view it.
