This is a list of new features in Enswitch 3.7. It is not exhaustive; some enhancements are too minor to list. A full list of features is also available.

  • The menu structure of the web interface can be configured within the web interface itself, allowing menus to be renamed or added at will.
  • Provisioning templates can be configured within the web interface.
  • Each telephone line can have a different provisioning template.
  • Provisioning files can bulk regenerated for all telephone lines in a customer.
  • Alerts can be stored in the database and viewed later.
  • Many new features for the call plugin system.
  • The complete flow of a set of CDRs in the same call can be shown on the web interface.
  • Call history .csv export shows both internal and external callerids.
  • Completely independent routing for voice calls, fax calls, and text messages.
  • Rate plan routing exceptions can use multiple peers.
  • The web control panel shows call durations, internal callerids, and caller names.
  • Web logins can be limited to multiple ranges of IP addresses.
  • Registration and calls can be limited to multiple ranges of source IP addresses rather than a single address.
  • Telephone lines can be searched by MAC address.
  • Telephone lines can be marked as not expected to be registered, so will not trigger alerts.
  • When saving a telephone line, users are warned if any telephone lines in other customer have the same MAC address.
  • Mailbox audio names can be uploaded from the web interface.
  • Active calls can be filtered by inbound and outbound.
  • Invoices can be filtered for pending invoices.
  • Invoices can be set to show older unpaid invoices.
  • Control of which taxes to apply when editing existing transactions and calls.
  • Billing for new customers can be delayed to the start of the next billing cycle.
  • A "pay now" link for unpaid invoices.
  • Warning emails can be automatically sent to customers when their invoices become overdue.
  • Feature prefix types for a SIP domain and a plugin.
  • The call destination report uses the customer's dial plan.
  • To prevent overloading the web server, only one user may download call recordings at any time, and the size of the download can be limited.
  • Conference calls can be forced to the same codec to reduce CPU load.
