Rate plans can include a certain number of free minutes. Which destinations (set in the outbound groups) are included is set by the system owner, but you can override this per rate plan by setting exceptions.

To add an exception

  1. Log in to the Enswitch web interface.
  2. Go to Commerce » Rate plans.
  3. Click on the rate plan you wish to edit.
  4. Click on the "Outbound included in call time exceptions" link.
  5. Click on the "New" button.
  6. Choose the outbound group and whether it counts towards the included call time.
  7. Click the "Save" button.
  8. Repeat for other outbound groups as desired.
