To enable per telephone provisioning setting

1. Enable "Enable per-telephone provision setting" under System » Configuration.
2. Wait one minute.
3. On the edit telephone page, a new setting called "Provisioning data" appears. set this as appropriate for each telephone.
4. Create a custom provisioning template for the models of telephone used. See the list of models for more details.
5. In the custom template, the per-telephone setting can be referenced as "<TMPL_VAR NAME=PROVISION1>".
