Add user notification email body

This is the body of the email that is sent when a user is added in the system. Available variables are:

• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PRODUCT_NAME> The name of the Product in System -> Configuration
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=TITLE> User's title
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=FORENAME> User's first name
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=SURNAME> User's last name
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=EMAIL> User's email
will also be used as web login if set
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=USERNAME> Username for Web login
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PERSON_PASSWORD> Web password
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=NUMBER> Number
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=CODE> Feature code
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PHONE> Telephone line number and username
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PHONE_PASSWORD> Telephone line and username password
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=MAILBOX> Mailbox name
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=MAILBOX_PASSWORD> Mailbox PIN
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=ROLE> User's Role
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=HARDWARE_ADDRESS> MAC address
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=CALLERID_LOCATION> Location callerid
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=NOTIFY_EMAIL> Email address(es) to send the passwords to
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=FULLNAME> Combination of first name and last name of the user

a value of 1 means that the user with use a huntgroup
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=MAILBOX_CODE> Mailbox feature code for the user
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PAGEGROUP_CODE> Pagegroup feature code for the user
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=COS> Class of service
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=RECORDGROUP> Recording group.
