If you upgraded the kernel, first reboot. This is to ensure that the kernel running matches the kernel source installed.
CentOS:
- groupadd -r uucp
- useradd -r -g uucp -d /var/spool/uucp -m uucp
To install Asterisk 13 (recommended) from source, along with supporting packages:
- enswitch install asterisk-13
To install Asterisk 11 from source, along with supporting packages:
- enswitch install asterisk-11
Asterisk 11: For Ubuntu/Debian systems, Ubuntu 17 or Debian 9 or older is required.
To install Asterisk 1.8.X (for use in existing clusters) from source, along with supporting packages:
- enswitch install asterisk-18
To install Asterisk 1.6.2.X (for use in existing clusters) from source, along with supporting packages:
