Most changes in Enswitch 3.11 purely add functionality, but some change or remove functionality. Here is a list of such changes. If any of these adversely affect you, please contact support as soon as possible.

  • The "peer" field of the CDRs now records the actual peer used to route outbound calls, not the peer used for billing purposes.
  • SIP packets with user agents "friendly-scanner", "iWar", "sip-scan", and "sundayddr" are considered to be attacks, and dropped by Kamailio. OpenSIPS and OpenSER are not affected.
  • There have been some changes to the Asterisk manager interface events. "Update active for exit queue" has been removed. "Update active for park call" has been renamed to "Park call". "Update active for pick up parked call" has been renamed to "Pick up parked call". Others have been moved to after the SQL statements they refer to.
  • The format of the call history .csv export has changed. The caller name field has been replaced by internal caller name and external caller name fields.
  • As always, some SOAP API functions have changed. Please see /opt/enswitch/current/doc/api_changes.txt for a list.
