Conference starting notification email subject

This is the subject of the email that is sent when a conference is starting and the recipient of the email is invited. Available variables are:

• <TMPL_VAR NAME=PIN> The PIN that the recipient of the email must use to join the conference
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=XXX> Name of any column xxx from table 'conferences', referring to the conference of the notification
• <TMPL_VAR NAME=YYY> Name of any column yyy from table 'conference_notifications', referring to the conference of the notification
