This is a list of major new features in Enswitch 3.0. It is not an exhaustive list; minor enhancements are too many to list. A full list of features is also available.

• Web interface is completely revamped.
• Bulk dialer for outbound calling campaigns. Each customer can manage their own campaigns and sets of numbers to call.
• Receptionist drag and drop control panel now fully supported.
• The ability to play DTMF to the far end when calling external numbers, for example to call a certain extension.
• Each telephone within a customer can use a different rate plan for billing and routing.
• More control over which peers and destinations resellers may route to.
• "Top lists" reports on frequently called destinations.
• Email and SMS alerts when telephones deregister.
• The ability to restrict telephones to registering from a set IP address.
• More mailbox settings to control voicemail menus.
• The ability to forward voicemails to many mailboxes simultaneously.
• Report on mailboxes usage.
• Redesigned hunt group web interface.
• More options for CDRs and transactions reports.
• Web interface shows descriptions for telephones, mailboxes, etc, anywhere they can be selected.
• Sound file manager.
• Integration with the Beanstream credit card payment gateway.
• Initial back-end support for audit logging.
• Optional Asterisk 1.6.1 support. 1.4 will continue to the default for now.
