Outbound call cost exceptions allow you to override the markups charged for outbound calls.
To add an exception
- Log in to the Enswitch web interface.
- Go to Commerce » Rate plans.
- Click on the rate plan you wish to edit.
- Click on the "Outbound call costs exceptions" link.
- Click on the "New" button.
- Choose the outbound group and enter the prices you wish to charge.
- Click the "Save" button.
- Repeat for other outbound groups as desired.
