Most changes in Enswitch 3.13 purely add functionality, but some change or remove functionality. Here is a list of such changes. If any of these adversely affect you, please contact support as soon as possible.

• The SOAP API is now deprecated, and will be removed in a future version. Please migrate any code using it to the new JSON API.
• By default telephones which have "Send called number as request URI" set to Yes will have calls sent via the Enswitch SIP proxy instead of directly from Asterisk. This can be disabled in the "Telephone calls always via proxy" configuration setting.
• SIP URIs receive callerids in the customer's own dialplan by default.
• IVR menus only play 3 times without keypress by the caller.
• Making copies of features now copies any notes attached to them.
• The call history report shows withheld callerids for calls from within the same customer.
• CDR costs and taxes are no longer recorded if zero. Any custom code that reads these should treat a missing database row as zero rather than an error.
• .csv import and export files no longer include the ID column.
• Users can now create their own conferences.
